It features a convenient shelf for storing plates, pizza pans, utensils, spices and other food prep items. The pan rail rests on a bed of ice with NFS food pans for pizza toppings. This station can serve multiple purposes by simply switching out items in the pan rail. Fill it with lemon slices, lime slices, cherries, olives, and orange segments and your pizza prep station becomes a martini garnish station.
